SHIPPING POLICIES

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE HANDLED THROUGH THE ETSY STOREFRONT. Thank you for your understanding!

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for providing a valid delivery address and sufficient contact information for the courier. Packages that are lost due to invalid or incomplete addresses will not be refunded. If your package is returned to me, undamaged, I will issue you a refund minus the shipping fee. Please do not use APO/FPO Addresses.

❄ CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for any customs, import fees, and taxes that may apply. Orders that are undeliverable due to customers not paying customs, import fees, or taxes will not be issued a refund. 

I ship out each week on Saturday mornings in Pacific Standard Timezone from the United States. I work full time during the week, so this is the only day of the week I can visit the post office. This means if you place your order on Sunday, I will not be able to ship your packages out until the coming Saturday.

❄ I ship worldwide using USPS and UPS. Domestic shipping within the US will be handled by the USPS. International shipping will be handled by USPS International services. Please be advised that shipping times can take anywhere between 15-30 days or longer, and could be affected by public holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Lunar New Year, Thanksgiving, etc.).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and I do not offer cancellations. This is applicable to all orders, including pre-orders, backorders, and B-Grade items. Please read each product listing carefully prior to ordering.

Returns and exchanges will be offered only if there was an administrative mistake made in your order or if there is evidence that your items were damaged in transit, e.g. the wrong item was sent or if the courier crushed your package during delivery, resulting in cracked and damaged acrylics.

❄ If there's a problem with your order, please contact me through the form provided here, or send an email to assassysin.art@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges or returns will be offered past this time.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once the package leaves my hands and has been dropped off with the postal service, I cannot be responsible for its whereabouts, as it is up to the courier at that point to deliver it to the provided address. However, if you encounter issues with your order that's a result of an administrative error (e.g. the wrong order/items shipped), please see the above paragraph regarding an exchange or return.
