FAQ

Will you be doing pre-orders at any point in time?

I am not considering doing pre-orders at this time for any item. However, this may change in the future.

I need to change the address on my order, how do I do that?

Please contact me through assassysin.art@gmail.com or the Contact form with the affected order number(s) and I will change it for you. Please make sure you do this prior to the Saturday of that week, otherwise I might ship your package to the incorrect address and will cause delays.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. USPS tracking is included by the Electronic Delivery Confirmation program, or E-DELCON for short. A list of countries can be found here.

The tracking information for my order hasn't moved in a few days. Did it get lost?

If your tracking information hasn't been updated for at least 2 weeks either by the originating post office, or the local post office once it reaches your country, it can be considered lost. It usually will take at least a week, in some cases, for packages to clear customs depending on their end destination. From personal experience, most of the packages I have received from Canadian locations will typically be shown as being held by customs for at least a week. In severe cases, it sometimes extends out to 10 days if there a service disruption in the area.

My package says it was delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?

Check with the leasing office of your building (if you're in an apartment building), or with your neighbors to see if the courier accidentally delivered it to the wrong doorstep. Try emailing or calling your landlord directly to see if they received a package for you, especially if the post service marked the box as being delivered after typical work hours.

In some cases, your package may have ended up in an entirely different building's lobby. If you live in an area that contains different apartment complexes, it's likely your package is in one of the other leasing offices.

Sometimes USPS will mark the package as delivered, but won't actually deliver it until the following business day. Some couriers will do this to ensure that they're meeting a quota. You can attempt to contact your local post office to see if this is the case, or you can wait until the next day when the service makes their rounds again.

Please keep in mind that I am not the United States Postal Service. Independent business owners cannot control where and when your mail is delivered -- that is under the jurisdiction of the post service. If your package is lost in transit, or if the USPS tracking number shows it delivered but it did not reach you, you will need to contact the post office to ask about where your package is.

If provided with sufficient proof that you have made an effort to locate your lost package, I can resend a product or issue a refund if it was a limited run and has since sold out.
