Shipping Information

Orders are shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

ALL orders may take between 1-3 days to process, regardless of whether it's a domestic or international shipment. Orders will then be shipped out every week on Saturday mornings, Pacific Standard Timezone. If you place an order on a Sunday, your order will be processed within 1-3 days but will not be sent out for shipment until the following Saturday.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days of receipt. For available shipping methods, you can view them below. For more information regarding ordering, tracking, and delivery, please check the FAQ.

The Cafe offers flat shipping fees for orders from the US and Canada. If you are not located in these countries, you will need to place an order through our international storefront on Etsy. Etsy assists in paying VAT taxes and import fees so that they aren't passed on to the customer. The international shop link is here, or you can click on the menu tab for "Int'l Shop" to be taken there.

Domestic Shipping Methods USPS Ground Advantage Ground Advantage is the least expensive, and most reliable, method of shipment domestically with tracking. Estimated delivery is usually between 3-5 business days, but may take longer if there is a national holiday or it is the busy season (typically around late November through the holidays). Letter Mail, Untracked This method of shipment is only used for flat mail. Orders that only include stickers, sticker sheets, and small prints (5 x 7 in. or smaller) will default to this method of shipment beginning in July 2024. However, if you wish to purchase tracking, you can upgrade at checkout.

International Shipping Methods USPS First Class Package  First Class mail is the least expensive method of international shipping available with tracking. Estimated delivery time can be anywhere between 2-5 weeks, and can take up to 6 or 7 weeks if the package is held by customs. It may take even longer during the busy season around the holidays. Letter Mail, Untracked This method of shipment is only used for flat mail. Orders that only include stickers, sticker sheets, and small prints (5 x 7 in. or smaller) will default to this method of shipment beginning in July 2024. However, if you wish to purchase tracking, you can upgrade at checkout.

NOTES

❄ Estimated delivery dates provided by USPS are not guaranteed. If you are experiencing inclement weather, or if there is a national holiday, there will be delays in delivery.

❄ Transit times are not absolute and may be delayed especially around high traffic times and during the holiday rush towards the end of the year. Please allow at least 14 days after the projected delivery date before reporting it as lost. If you have a deadline for your items to arrive on time for a gift or celebration, please order it at least 2 weeks in advanced.

❄ You, the customer, are responsible for providing a valid address. I am not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages if you did not enter in the correct address. If your address is flagged for being erroneous or in need of correction, you may receive an email to double confirm that your address is correct if USPS is unable to match, or find it.
