Ordering

  • The shop is located in Washington state, USA.

  • Check to make sure the billing address being entered matches the one for your payment method. This is the most common reason people's orders don't complete correctly! If you're certain it's the correct information and it's still erroring out, please contact me with the exact error message (or a screenshot) and your order and I'll look into it.

  • By default, I only place a small card with the quantity of items in the package without prices. If you'd like to have this left out of your order, leave me a message before checking out and I will take care of it!

  • All sales are final and cancellations are not offered. Returns and exchanges will only be offered if your order was incorrect due to an administrative error, or if your products were damaged in transit.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped through USPS. You can check the shipping rates and specific methods on our Shipping Information page.

  • Please contact me through assassysin.art[at]gmail.com or the Contact form with the affected order number(s) and I will change it for you. Please make sure you do this as soon as possible, otherwise I might ship your package to the incorrect address and will cause delays.

  • Contact me as soon as possible with the affected order numbers and I will work to get those combined and refund the shipping cost difference.

    Don't wait until the shipment cut off time on the weekend, otherwise one order may be sent out first.

  • Yes. USPS tracking is included for all domestic shipments. All international shipments will be using PirateShip’s Simple Export Rate®️ beginning in November 2024, which provides tracking through Asendia USA.

    Untracked shipping for orders containing only flat items is on by default starting in July 2024. You can upgrade or purchase tracking before checking out for these orders.

  • If your tracking information hasn't been updated for at least 2 weeks either by the originating post office, or the local post office once it reaches your country, it can be considered lost. It usually will take at least a week, in some cases, for packages to clear customs depending on their end destination.

    From personal experience, most of the packages I have received from Canadian locations will typically be shown as being held by customs for at least a week. In severe cases, it sometimes extends out to 10 days if there a service disruption in the area.

Products

  • I am not considering doing pre-orders at this time for any item. However, this may change in the future if I manage to figure out the logistics.

  • I design all products! All art is original and done by me. I also design all packaging.

  • A-grade items are the default standard and have little to no defects on the product. B-grades have visible defects such as a bad cutline, glue residuals, bubble under epoxy, and other surface defects.
