Additional Info
Once the initial sketch is done and outlining has begun, no changes can be made to the commission except for minor touchups like fine details and color palette changes. Work will usually take about a month or two for full completion of a commission dependent on the scope of the order. Please keep in mind that because of various reasons such as daytime jobs, shifting work schedules, and other unforeseen circumstances, commissions may take longer than initially planned.Regarding Rush Commissions
Please note that if your commission is a rush job and has a deadline of at least one week from commission request date, a rush fee will be incurred upon completion and meeting your deadline. In the order form, please note clearly what your deadline is, or communicate this to me separately in an email. I will not accept rush commissions if your deadline is less than a week from when you first place your order.While working on the commission, I'll do my best to keep you informed of progress. Terms and Conditions
🔥 I reserve the right to decline a commission.
❄ I require 50% of the overall payment before a commission is begun, and 100% payment is required prior to delivering the final product. I'm open to working with clients that need a payment plan if unforseen circumstances happen.
🔥 Completion times may vary dependent on complexity of the piece and real life occurrences. On average, a full body rendered piece may take upwards of a month.
❄ Payments will be handled through Paypal Invoices.
🔥 Full refunds (100% of the payment) are available if I have not started the commission yet. If work has already begun, I will send a partial refund relative to how much work has already been done, as well as the work that I have already finished.
❄ Clients are free to use the commissioned piece for personal use, so long as they do not claim that they personally made the piece. Commissions are prohibited from use in any monetary or commercial purpose, including the sale and minting of NFTs, and feeding image information to AI "art" generators.
🔥Clients shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work. Nor shall Clients sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.
❄ Clients will receive a .PNG file of their completed product. No physical product will be sent.
🔥 I maintain the right to use completed commissions for personal and promotional use, unless otherwise stated by both parties.
